Pursuant to the call of the chairman, the Purdue University Board of Trustees will convene in executive session for discussion of the assessment, design, and implementation of school safety and security measures, plans, and systems [IC 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(3)]:

Pursuant to Executive Order 20-09 issued by Governor Holcomb on March 23, 2020, all members of the Board may meet by means of electronic communication so long as a quorum of members participate.

Executive sessions of the Board of Trustees and its committees are closed to the public.
